It reads JSON files generated by Document AI, processes the text while maintaining the layout, and outputs the text into `.txt` files.\n\n## Features\n\n- Process Document AI JSON outputs\n- Preserves the original layout of the document.\n- Generate formatted text files\n\n## Installation\n\n1. Install dependencies:\n```sh\npnpm install\n```\n\n## Usage\n\n1. Place your Document AI JSON files in the `document-ai-json` directory.\n\n2. Run the main script to process the documents:\n```sh\npnpm run dev\n```\n\n3. The processed text files will be saved in the `document-ai-text` directory.\n\n## Contributing\n\n1. Fork the repository.\n2. Create a new branch (`git checkout -b feature-branch`).\n3. Make your changes.\n4. Commit your changes (`git commit -m 'Add some feature'`).\n5.
