Designed to provide mods that reduces visual clutter and increase fps.\n\n## Features\n\nCleanTF2+ makes use of batch files to generate mods for you. Being automatically generated means that it:\n- stays updated easier\n- allows for options to enable or disable\n- is a smaller download\n- functions offline\n- can be tailored to individual needs\n\n## Install\n\n1. Download zip\n2. Unzip to custom folder\n3. Run generate.bat (Windows) or generate.sh (Linux)\n4. Select the options you want\n\nLinux users will need to install [imagemagick](https://imagemagick.org/index.php) and [wine](https://www.winehq.org/).\n\n\u0026#8203;* Some options can take a while to fully run, because they need to work with huge amounts of files. Taking several minutes can be expected.\n\nIf you run into issues installing, check out [troubleshooting](TROUBLESHOOTING.md).\n\n## Options\n\n- Flat textures: makes all textures appear as a solid color.\n- Nohats: removes all hats and cosmetic items.\n- No Playergibs: removes all gibs that come from players exploding.\n- No Shells: removes all shell models ejected from guns.\n- No Weapongibs: removes all gibs from certain projectiles (arrows breaking, for instance).\n- Surfaceproperties: removes all particle effects bullets hitting walls and all footstep sounds\n- No Soundscapes: removes most ambient sounds on maps.\n- mtp.cfg: makes all maps become unaffected by pyrovision.\n\n## Turn into VPK\n\nHaving folders inside custom makes load times slower (regardless of contents) and vpk files exist to speed up load times. For this reason, a utility is provided to convert CleanTF2+ into vpk files.\n\nWhen you have fully generated the options you wanted:\n1. Run pack_vpk.bat (windows) or pack_vpk.sh (linux)\n2.
