You will need to have git installed on your local machine. You can download it [here](https://git-scm.com/downloads).\n\n2. Once you have git installed, you will need to configure git. You can do this by running the following commands in your terminal.\n\n```bash\ngit config --global user.name \"Your Name\"\ngit config --global user.email \"Your Email\"\n```\n\n3. Fork the repository by clicking the \"Fork\" button in the upper right corner of the repository page. \n\n\u003e 💡 This will create a copy of the repository in your GitHub account.\n\n\n4. Then, clone the forked repository to your local machine.\n \n```bash\n git clone https://github.com/YourHandle/GitGoing.git\n ```\n\n\n# Practice the git flow by following the steps below 🚀\n\n### Step 1: Create a new branch and switch to new branch\n\nCreate a new branch using the following command:\n\n```bash\ngit checkout -b \u003cyour-new-branch-name\u003e\n```\n\nOnce you create your new branch, you will be switched to that branch with the following command:\n\n```bash\ngit switch \u003cyour-new-branch-name\u003e\n```\n\n### Step 2: Make changes\n\nYou can add a new file, edit an existing file, or delete a file.\nTo keep things simple, let's edit the `index.html` file by changing the name to \"GitGoing-YourLastName\" on line 10.\n\n### Step 3: Stage your changes\n\nOnce you update the name, stage your changes using the following command:\n\n```bash\ngit add .\n```\n\nOr, you can stage the individual file you changed by using the following command:\n\n```bash\ngit add index.html\n```\n\n### Step 4: Commit your changes\n\nCommit your changes using the following command:\n\n```bash\ngit commit -m \"Your commit message\"\n```\n\n### Step 5: Push your changes\n\nPush your changes to the remote repository using the following command:\n\n```bash\ngit push origin \u003cyour-branch-name\u003e\n```\n\n### Step 6: Create a pull request\n\nCreate a pull request on GitHub.\n\n### Step 7: Review and merge your pull request\n\nReview and merge your pull request on GitHub.\n\n### Step 8: Delete your branch\n\nDelete your branch using the following command:\n\n```bash\ngit branch -d \u003cyour-branch-name\u003e\n```\n\n## Learning Resources:\n- [Git Cheatsheet ↗](https://education.github.com/git-cheat-sheet-education.pdf)\n- [Introduction to Git and GitHub ↗](https://github.com/skills/introduction-to-github)\n- [GitHub Skills Courses ↗](https://skills.github.com/)\n- [GitHub Foundations Certificate ↗](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/collections/o1njfe825p602p)\n\n\n## Contributing\n\nPull requests are welcome.
