Install prerequisites\n   ```bash\n   pnpm i\n   ```\n2. Start the API server\n   ```bash\n   pnpm api\n   ```\n3. Start the Strudel dev server (opens the IDE)\n   ```bash\n   pnpm dev\n   ```\n4. In another terminal, try a command (sets code in the editor)\n   ```bash\n   node strudel-cli.mjs set \"$: 'bd hh'\"\n   ```\n\nThat’s it — the AI bridge is live.
