Howerver, I cannot test\r\nunder OS X, so patches and feedback are welcome.\r\n\r\nInstallation\r\n============\r\n\r\nDownload the `latest version`_, put it under ``Installed Packages`` and restart\r\nSublime Text.\r\n\r\n.. _latest version: https://bitbucket.org/guillermooo/vintageex/downloads/VintageEx.sublime-package\r\n.. TOOD: add link to Vintage's help file\r\n\r\n**VintageEx doesn't replace Vintage**: To use vi key bindings, you need to\r\nenable the `Vintage`_ package (shipped with Sublime Text and *ignored* by default).\r\n\r\n.. _Vintage: http://www.sublimetext.com/docs/2/vintage.html\r\n\r\nVintageEx extends the vi-like functionality provided py Vintage by adding\r\na command-line mode that tries to remain close to Vim's.\r\n\r\nAlso, because VintageEx uses commands in the Vintage package, this package\r\nmust be under your ``Packages`` folder with that name. This is mostly important\r\nto keep in mind if you contribute code to Vintage and have deleted the original\r\npackage.\r\n\r\nOverview\r\n========\r\n\r\nTo open the command line, press ``:``.\r\n\r\nVintageEx offers tab completion of top-level commands, so you can type a letter\r\nand press `Tab` to cycle through available commands.\r\n\r\nTo see the implemented commands, you can look through ``ex_commands.py``.\r\n\r\nConfiguration\r\n=============\r\n\r\nThese settings should be stored in your personal preferences (*Packages/User/Preferences.sublime-settings*).\r\n\r\n**vintageex_linux_shell** \r\n\r\nThe name of the shell through which commands should be executed (``bash``, ``ksh``, etc.).\r\nIf empty, the ``$SHELL`` variable will be read when a shell is needed.\r\n\r\n**vintageex_linux_terminal**\r\n\r\nThe name of the preferred terminal emulator (``gnome-terminal``, ``xterm``, etc.). If empty,\r\nthe variables ``$COLORTERM`` and ``$TERM`` will be read in turn when a terminal is needed.\r\n\r\nDonations\r\n=========\r\n\r\nIf you want to show your appreciation, you can tip me through Gittip: guillermooo_.\r\n\r\n.. _guillermooo: http://www.gittip.com/guillermooo/\r\n","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2FSublimeText%2FVintageEx","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2FSublimeText%2FVintageEx","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2FSublimeText%2FVintageEx/lists"}
