Alternating Case to Object\n\nA function to convert alternating case (`\"ALTERNATINGcase\"`) strings to objects\n(`{alternating: 'case'}`) and vice versa.\n\nThe ACTO string format supports numbers, bools, nulls, and lowercase\nstrings (a-z0-9), as standalone values or as arrays.\n\nThis library provides a `parse` and `stringify` method to convert objects from\nand to strings respectively.\n\n##
