(`====` is removed)\n\nFootnote about \"EUPL\" is added to the definition list.\n\n\nWhy should I use the EUPLv1.1?\n------------------------------\n\nThe EUPL has been designed for European Union member country. It is just a\nEuropean version of the GPLv2 and can be converted to GPLv2 or CeCILL-C.\n\nIt has been approved by the OSI and the FSF.\n\nThere are multiple reason to use the EUPLv1.1:\n\n * You are a company based in the European Union, and you want full European\n   copyright protection for your software.\n * You want to show your pride of being an European Citizen.\n * You want to distribute an open source software in Europe.\n * You want a legal license in your local language (which is not English).\n * You want to be protected by the lack of software patent in the European Union.\n * You want a copyleft license\n   [approved by the FSF](https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#EUPL)\n   and [the OSI](http://opensource.org/licenses/EUPL-1.1).\n\nWhy shouldn't I use the EUPLv1.1?\n---------------------------------\n\n * You don't want copyleft, and you want a permissive license.\n * You want tivoization protection.\n * You want an\n   [GNU AGPL](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Affero_General_Public_License)-like\n   license.\n * Your company is not based in the European Union.\n * You want to write closed-source software.\n\n\nI don't want my software to be ruled by belgian law!\n----------------------------------------------------\n\nThe section 15 specifies that the Belgian law overrules any European law, in\ncase there would be a conflict between local laws.\n\nTo be clear, European Countries laws are very uniform few conflict might arise.\nMoreover, Belgium has to enact European directives. Therefore, this is would be\na legal edge case. Don't worry about that.\n\n\nWhy isn't there my language?\n----------------------------\n\nThis is a manual process. I reformatted them, and eyeballed them to make sure\nit was right.\n\nSo of course I only did languages in which I have notions. If you want to add\nyour language, please do so by emailing me or opening a pull request.\n","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Facatton%2Feupl-txt","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Facatton%2Feupl-txt","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Facatton%2Feupl-txt/lists"}
