Included in this package are the following files:\n\n     average_305.mnc \n\ta version of the average MRI that covers the whole brain\n        (unlike the original Talairach atlas), sampled with 1mm cubic\n        voxels\n     average_305_mask.mnc \n\ta mask of the brain in average_305.mnc, semi-automatically\n        created by Dr. Colin Holmes \u003ccolin@pet.mni.mcgill.ca\u003e.  Note\n        that this mask has had holes filled in, so it is a connected\n        volume but includes non-brain tissue (eg. the CSF in the\n        ventricles)\n     average_305_headmask.mnc \n\tanother mask, required for nonlinear mode\n\nHere's a brief summary of what you need to do:\n\n1) Build and install the entire MNI AutoReg package, as described in\n   the README with that package. \n\n2) Install the model:\n     * ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/mni\n\t     or where you installed mni_autoreg\n\n     * make\n\n     * make install\n\nNow, you're ready to try out mritotal on real data.
