Note that\n\tthis mask has had holes filled in, so it is a connected volume\n\tbut includes non-brain tissue (eg. the CSF in the ventricles)\n     icbm_avg_152_t1_tal_nlin_symmetric_VI_headmask.mnc\n\tanother mask (full head mask), required for nonlinear mode\n     icbm_avg_152_t1_tal_nlin_symmetric_VI_eye_mask.mnc\n        a mask of the eyes\n     icbm_avg_152_t1_tal_nlin_symmetric_VI_vent.mnc\n        a mask of the ventricles\n\nReference:\n\n  G.
