The Folder Structure (a.k.a. “Where Things Live, Probably”)\n\nThis repo now has **real structure**.  \nSCMS (Systems, Chaos \u0026 Meta-Structures) fought for its life to make sure things are where they *claim* to be.\n\n- **/src** — The heart of the Lab. Components, pages, layouts, and chaos.\n- **/departments** — Home of the CJO, SCMS, OOD, AOE, DUE, FELINE, RBS, and EWU.  \n  Each has its own lore, responsibilities, and mascot supervisor.\n- **/pages** — Site routes (Home, About, Lab Notes, Videos, etc).\n- **/components** — Reusable UI widgets and questionable React ideas.\n- **/lib** — Infrastructure magic. Probably important. We should label it someday.\n- **/assets** — Shiny objects Stan collected. Also fonts and images.\n- **/public** — Static files that refuse to be organized.\n- **/__tests__** — Where Vitest silently judges your code (Carmel joins in).\n\nIf something isn’t listed:  \n- It is either **in progress**,  \n- **in hiding**,  \n- or **in the claws of Nemmi**.\n\n---\n\n## ⚙️ 2. The Build Process (aka “Making It Less Broke™”)\n\nIf you want the gremlins to forge this site into existence:\n\n```bash\nnpm install\nnpm run build\n```\n\nThis produces the holy **/dist** folder.  \nTreat it with respect.  \nOr don’t — Vite will rebuild it anyway.\n\n---\n\n## 🚀 3. Deployment (The Ritual, Automated Edition)\n\nThanks to GitHub Actions:\n\n1. You push to `master`\n2. The build runs\n3. Carmel judges it\n4. DreamHost gets the updated site\n5. A mascot somewhere high-fives another mascot\n\nNo more manual deployments.  \nUnless things break.  \n(They will.)\n\n---\n\n## 🧭 4. Navigation (or: “How Not to Get Lost in the Lab”)\n\nMain sections include:\n\n- **/departments/** — Explore each division of the Lab  \n  (Judgment, Chaos, Anomalies, Emotional Weather, Raccoon Science… all the essentials.)\n- **/docs/** — The Lab Archives (via Docusaurus)\n- **/lab-notes/** — Thoughts, diagrams, lore, and the occasional fox rant\n- **/videos/** — Archive of content for future humans\n- **/mascots/** — The real executives of the organization\n\nIf you see a 404:  \nCongratulations.  \nYou’ve discovered a new department.\n\n---\n\n## 🧪 5. Tests (a.k.a. “Proving Things Mostly Work™”)\n\nVitest + Happy DOM ensures:\n\n- Pages render  \n- Routes map correctly  \n- Departments don’t spontaneously explode  \n- The codebase remains *slightly* less cursed  \n\nRun them with:\n\n```bash\nnpm run test\n```\n\nFor coverage:\n\n```bash\nnpm run test:coverage\n```\n\nCarmel will judge the numbers from her neon Codecov throne.\n\n---\n\n## 🧹 6. Coverage \u0026 CI Badges\n\nYour repo is now monitored by three powerful forces:\n\n- **Carmel** — Approves builds  \n- **Vitest** — Judges your logic  \n- **Codecov** — Exposes your sins via percentage  \n\nPerfect synergy.\n\n---\n\n## 🐾 7.
