Put the WebPlugin.dll file from WebPlugin/bin/Debug into TutServer/bin/Debug/scripts  \n2. Start TutServer.exe  \n3. Switch to the tab \"Plugins\"  \n4. Select WebPlugin.dll from the list  \n5. Click Execute  \n6.
