Implemented models\ninclude:\n\n1. Birth-Death-Sampling-Catastrophe-Occurrence-Disaster (see `BDSCOD.hs`)\n2. Inhomogeneous Birth-Death-Sampling (see `InhomogeneousBDS.hs`)\n3.
