Uint8Array\n\nconst readValue = bufferToValue(buffer);\n```\n\nUsing Sliced format:\n\n```js\nimport {Ice} from 'ice';\n\nconst buffer = valueToBuffer(iceValue, Ice.FormatType.SlicedFormat);\n```\n\nIf you need to deal with proxies, pass `Communicator` as a second parameter to\n`bufferToValue`.\n\nTo serialize structs, sequences or dictionaries you must
