objective is to make a text recognising model with [Tesseract-OCR](https://opensource.google/projects/tesseract). Image processing and Text extractions are done with [OpenCV](https://opencv.org/) and [EAST](https://theailearner.com/2019/10/19/efficient-and-accurate-scene-text-detector-east/). Overlapping of bounding boxes is reduced by Non-Maximum-Suppression from [imutils](https://github.com/jrosebr1/imutils) and Precdictions are applicable for both images and videos.
