Keeping a daily\nschedule keeps you accountable and productive.\n\n#### To Do Listing\nEvery day has tasks that need to be done. Keeping track of these tasks helps\nyou be more productive.\n\n#### Goal Setting\nAn important part of being engaged in a flow activity is having goals. Creating\ngoals for every day allows you to treat each day as a flow experience,\ntherefore increasing your happiness and enjoyment in life.\n\n#### Motivational Awareness\nWhat is the big, driving force that is motivating you to achieve your goals?\nBeing aware of this is what helps promote harmony in your life, making it\npossible to reflect on a series of days with joy because you followed an\noverarching theme throughout them.\n\n#### Happiness Reflection\nGratitude journaling has been shown time and time again to increase happiness,\nproductivity, and general fulfillment in life.
