Inicia sesión en [Datos Abiertos de Colombia](https://www.datos.gov.co/).\n2. Dirígete a tu perfil y selecciona **Mis Aplicaciones**.\n3. Haz clic en **Crear Nueva Aplicación**.\n4. Completa los campos requeridos y genera tu App Token.\n5. Guarda el App Token para usarlo en el notebook.\n\n## **Cómo Ejecutar el Proyecto en Google Colab**\n\n1. Sube el notebook a tu Google Drive o ábrelo directamente en Google Colab.\n2. Instala las dependencias necesarias ejecutando:\n\n```python\npip install requirements.txt\n```\n\n3. Agrega tu App Token de Socrata a Google Colab utilizando `userdata` de forma segura:\n\n```python\nfrom google.colab import userdata\nuserdata.set('APP_TOKEN', 'TU_APP_TOKEN')\n```\n\n4.
