For example\nrunning the apps individually in development mode:\n\n### Development mode\n\n```bash\n# start both api and web in dev mode\nturbo dev\n```\n\n- The API is available at `localhost:3000`, with the Swagger docs accessible at\n  `localhost:3000/docs`.\n- The frontend is available at `localhost:5173`.\n\n### Testing\n\n#### API\n\nTesting is done using the `jest` testing framework.
