Despite the rapid progress on \n    automatic short-answer assessment, research in this area particularly for Bahasa Indonesia \n    has been very limited and only recently emerged as a topic.\n    \n    The main challenges on the development of automatic short-answer grading \n    for Bahasa Indonesia is the use of informal language in writing context. \n    The diversity of local language of the student is one of many factors that influence the writing \n    style and the vocabulary used by the students. In addition, students often include slang words\n    which commonly used in daily conversation. \n    \n    UKARA 1.0 Challenge aims to encourage more ideas and studies for developing automatic \n    short-answer scoring specifically for Bahasa Indonesia.\n    \n\n## Timeline\nEvent | Date\n---|---\nChallenge launch | July 29, 2019\nDev phase submission | July 29, 2019 – Sept 10, 2019\nTest dataset begins | September 16, 2019\nSubmission close | September 19, 2019\nResult announcement | September 20, 2019\nWorking paper | October 7, 2019\nWorkshop and Winners announcement | October 14, 2019\n\n## Problem\n    \n    This competition examines model on:\n        - low resource\n        - out of vocabulary\n        - a lot of words contain prefix and suffix\n        - \n    \n## Goal\n    \n    Win this competition\n    \n## Folder Trees\n\n    |-- data\n        |-- raw\n        |-- cleansed\n        |-- feature-representation\n        |-- support\n    |-- notebook\n    |-- model\n    |-- readme.md\n    |-- requirements.txt\n    \n\n## FAQ\nPlease install libraries that used in this notebook\n    \n    pip install -r requirements.txt\n    \nData can be found at [nlp-ugm](https://nlp.mipa.ugm.ac.id/ukaratrack1/)\n\nAll experiments can be found [here](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vXnHC-twrSLsdpZoPP4UvzHiCjAb-krYZF531kK77k0/edit?usp=sharing)\n\nIndonesian Word Embeeding can be found [here](https://medium.com/@diekanugraha/membuat-model-word2vec-bahasa-indonesia-dari-wikipedia-menggunakan-gensim-e5745b98714d)","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fandreaschandra%2Fugm-aes","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fandreaschandra%2Fugm-aes","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fandreaschandra%2Fugm-aes/lists"}
