gives support to the `ExecutionStrategy` from **EF Core** with `TransactionScope`.\r\n\r\n\u003e **operationAsync**: Encapsulates all desired transactions;    \r\n\u003e **condition**: External [`NotificationContext`](./src/Dotnet6.GraphQL4.CrossCutting/Notifications/NotificationContext.cs) that's allow  all layers add business notifications through the request, with support to receive
