Two methods have been used to solve this problem:-\n\n**Pre-requisites**\n\n\u003e The code is developed for Python 2.7 using Jupyter notebook\n\n\u003e All dependencies are mentioned in requirements.txt\n\n**Laplacian Method**\n\nThis method is based on this [tutorial](https://www.pyimagesearch.com/2015/09/07/blur-detection-with-opencv/). \nThe test accuracy achieved using this method for :-\n\n1.NaturalBlurSet -\u003e ~77%\n2.DigitalBlurSet -\u003e ~96%\n\n**Deep Learning based Method**\n\nThis method uses Convolution Neural Network for the classification.\nThe test accuracy achieved using this method for :-\n\n1.NaturalBlurSet -\u003e ~61%\n2.DigitalBlurSet -\u003e ~62%\n\n***Training***\n\nThe training was done on Google Colaboratory.
