[Build](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planarization) a planar graph based on all types of barriers that are relevant, for example:\n  - Roads.\n  - Water bodies.\n  - Landuse polygons.\n  ![raw data](docs/screenshot2.png)\n2. This planer graph defines polygons by definition. Assign urban scores to each polygons. We use the following categories but they are configurable:\n  - `water`\n  - `residential`\n  - `rural`\n  - `industrial`\n  ![basic polygons](docs/screenshot1.png)\n3.
