It's a hackish\nsolution, but I hate it that I can't edit an IPython notebook in my favorite\neditor easily. This script will take code blocks that look like\n\n    ~~~ {.python}\n    ...\n    ~~~\n\n\nAnd wrap them in an IPython code cell.
