This is the case for the first creators of Cohort360.\n\n## Installation\n\n### Requirements:\n\n* A running back-end server\n* A running third party endpoint (FHIR API for example)\n* An authentication server\n* Node.js (16 or higher) installed\n\n### Running the front-end\n\n1. First copy the `.env.example` file to `.env` and edit this file to match your configuration.\n2. Run `npm install`\n3. Run `npm audit fix`\n4. Run `npm run build`\n\nThis will generate files in the `build` directory that can be exposed via a web server like Nginx, or a node server.\n\nAn example configuration with Nginx can be found [here](.templates/nginx.conf)\n\n## CI\n\nA [gitlab-ci.yml](.templates/.gitlab-ci.yml) is available in the `.templates` folder, alongside\na [nginx configuration](.templates/nginx.conf) example (useful for deployment).\n\n## Deployment\n\nA docker image is available to build via the [Dockerfile](Dockerfile).
