with:\n\n```julia\nusing Pkg\nPkg.add(\"SymbolicRegression\")\n```\n\n### MLJ Interface\n\nThe easiest way to use SymbolicRegression.jl\nis with [MLJ](https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/MLJ.jl).\nLet's see an example:\n\n```julia\nimport SymbolicRegression: SRRegressor\nimport MLJ: machine, fit!, predict, report\n\n# Dataset with two named features:\nX = (a = rand(500), b = rand(500))\n\n# and one target:\ny = @. 2 * cos(X.a * 23.5) - X.b ^ 2\n\n# with some noise:\ny = y .+ randn(500) .* 1e-3\n\nmodel = SRRegressor(\n    niterations=50,\n    binary_operators=[+, -, *],\n    unary_operators=[cos],\n)\n```\n\nNow, let's create and train this model\non our data:\n\n```julia\nmach = machine(model, X, y)\n\nfit!(mach)\n```\n\nYou will notice that expressions are printed\nusing the column names of our table. If,\ninstead of a table-like object,\na simple array is passed\n(e.g., `X=randn(100, 2)`),\n`x1, ..., xn` will be used for variable names.\n\nLet's look at the expressions discovered:\n\n```julia\nreport(mach)\n```\n\nFinally, we can make predictions with the expressions\non new data:\n\n```julia\npredict(mach, X)\n```\n\nThis will make predictions using the expression\nselected by `model.selection_method`,\nwhich by default is a mix of accuracy and complexity.\n\nYou can override this selection and select an equation from\nthe Pareto front manually with:\n\n```julia\npredict(mach, (data=X, idx=2))\n```\n\nwhere here we choose to evaluate the second equation.\n\nFor fitting multiple outputs, one can use `MultitargetSRRegressor`\n(and pass an array of indices to `idx` in `predict` for selecting specific equations).\nFor a full list of options available to each regressor, see the [API page](https://ai.damtp.cam.ac.uk/symbolicregression/dev/api/).\n\n### Low-Level Interface\n\nThe heart of SymbolicRegression.jl is the\n`equation_search` function.\nThis takes a 2D array and attempts\nto model a 1D array using analytic functional forms.\n**Note:** unlike the MLJ interface,\nthis assumes column-major input of shape [features, rows].\n\n```julia\nimport SymbolicRegression: Options, equation_search\n\nX = randn(2, 100)\ny = 2 * cos.(X[2, :]) + X[1, :] .^ 2 .- 2\n\noptions = Options(\n    binary_operators=[+, *, /, -],\n    unary_operators=[cos, exp],\n    populations=20\n)\n\nhall_of_fame = equation_search(\n    X, y, niterations=40, options=options,\n    parallelism=:multithreading\n)\n```\n\nYou can view the resultant equations in the dominating Pareto front (best expression\nseen at each complexity) with:\n\n```julia\nimport SymbolicRegression: calculate_pareto_frontier\n\ndominating = calculate_pareto_frontier(hall_of_fame)\n```\n\nThis is a vector of `PopMember` type - which contains the expression along with the cost.\nWe can get the expressions with:\n\n```julia\ntrees = [member.tree for member in dominating]\n```\n\nEach of these equations is an `Expression{T}` type for some constant type `T` (like `Float32`).\n\nThese expression objects are callable – you can simply pass in data:\n\n```julia\ntree = trees[end]\noutput = tree(X)\n```\n\n\n## Constructing expressions\n\nExpressions are represented under-the-hood as the `Node` type which is developed\nin the [DynamicExpressions.jl](https://github.com/SymbolicML/DynamicExpressions.jl/) package.\nThe `Expression` type wraps this and includes metadata about operators and variable names.\n\nYou can manipulate and construct expressions directly. For example:\n\n```julia\nusing SymbolicRegression: Options, Expression, Node\n\noptions = Options(;\n    binary_operators=[+, -, *, /], unary_operators=[cos, exp, sin]\n)\noperators = options.operators\nvariable_names = [\"x1\", \"x2\", \"x3\"]\nx1, x2, x3 = [Expression(Node(Float64; feature=i); operators, variable_names) for i=1:3]\n\ntree = cos(x1 - 3.2 * x2) - x1 * x1\n```\n\nThis tree has `Float64` constants, so the type of the entire tree\nwill be promoted to `Node{Float64}`.\n\nWe can convert all constants (recursively) to `Float32`:\n\n```julia\nfloat32_tree = convert(Expression{Float32}, tree)\n```\n\nWe can then evaluate this tree on a dataset:\n\n```julia\nX = rand(Float32, 3, 100)\n\ntree(X)\n```\n\nThis callable format is the easy-to-use version which will\nautomatically set all values to NaN if there were any\nInf or NaN during evaluation. You can call the raw evaluation\nmethod with `eval_tree_array`:\n\n```julia\noutput, did_succeed = eval_tree_array(tree, X)\n```\n\nwhere `did_succeed` explicitly declares whether the evaluation was successful.\n\n## Exporting to SymbolicUtils.jl\n\nWe can view the equations in the dominating\nPareto frontier with:\n\n```julia\ndominating = calculate_pareto_frontier(hall_of_fame)\n```\n\nWe can convert the best equation\nto [SymbolicUtils.jl](https://github.com/JuliaSymbolics/SymbolicUtils.jl)\nwith the following function:\n\n```julia\nimport SymbolicRegression: node_to_symbolic\n\neqn = node_to_symbolic(dominating[end].tree)\nprintln(simplify(eqn*5 + 3))\n```\n\nWe can also print out the full pareto frontier like so:\n\n```julia\nimport SymbolicRegression: compute_complexity,
