list of NationStates nations defined using a\npowerful query language called Telegram Recipient Language.\n\nnstg features the following:\n\n* ability to send telegrams to complex sets of nations defined using TRL or to\n  simple lists of nations\n* a continuous mode that periodically updates the recipients list with new\n  nations that match the provided TRL string, which is useful for recruitment \n  purposes\n* progress reporting using event handlers\n* all the features of nsapi, including rate-limiting, XML decoding, request\n  caching, and support for version 9 of the NationStates API\n\n## Usage ##\n\nYou can install nstg using npm: `npm install nstg`.\n\nYou can also build nstg from source using Gulp. There are two main targets: \n`prod` and `dev`. The only difference between them is that `dev` includes\nsource maps.
