phaser-web-workers\nA simple Phaser plugin that allows you to easily integrate Web Workers in your game, this is ideal for offloading cpu intensive work (pathfinding, maybe physics?) to a seperate browser thread.\n\nCurrently still in alpha-phase and not yet feature complete.\n\nGetting Started\n---------------\nFirst you want to get a fresh copy of the plugin. You can get it from this repo or from npm, ain't that handy.\n```\nnpm install @azerion/phaser-web-workers --save-dev\n```\n\nNext up you'd want to add it to your list of js sources you load into your game\n```html\n\u003c!-- Local installation --\u003e\n\u003cscript src=\"node_modules/phaser-input/build/phaser-web-workers.js\"\u003e\u003c/script\u003e\n\n\u003c!-- Azerions' CDN --\u003e\n\u003cscript src=\"//cdn.fbrq.io/phaser-web-workers/v0.1.0/phaser-web-workers.min.js\"\u003e\u003c/script\u003e \u003c!-- Latest --\u003e\n```\n\nAfter adding the script to the page you can activate it by enabling the plugin:\n```javascript\ngame.add.plugin(PhaserWebWorkers.Plugin);\n```\n\nUsage\n-----\nAs this is a simple wrapper (including preloading) of workers, not a lot of exciting stuff needs to happen in order to get this set up.\n\nFirst step is to preload the worker whenever you do you usual preloading:\n```javascript\n        function preload() {\n            //Preload the file we'd like to use as a worker\n            game.load.worker('myWorker', 'worker.js');\n        }\n```\n\nAfter that it's just a matter of creating the worker, assigning a listener and send it some data.\nThe worker is configured to handle the incomming data (or errors) and responed whenever it's done processing.\n```javascript\n//Create the worker from cache\nvar worker = game.make.worker('myWorker');\n//Assign the message listener\nworker.onMessage.add(function (e) {\n    console.log('received worker data!', e);\n});           \n//Assign the error listener\nworker.onError.add(function (e) {\n    console.log('Oh no, something went wrong!', e);\n});\n\n```\n\nDon't forget to destroy your worker when your done with it (they take a decent amount of memory):\n```javascript\nworker.destroy();\n```\n\nWhy use a Webworker?\n--------------------\nWebworkers are ideal for doing heavy computations whilst not locking up your game. The browser accomplishes this by running everything a worker does in a seperate thread.
