Python v2.6 or later is required.\nYou must also have the SIP Python bindings generator installed. The license file must be copied\nto the \"sip\" directory before starting to build PyQt5.\n\n\nINSTALLATION\n\nCheck for any other README files in this directory that relate to your\nparticular platform.  Feel free to contribute a README for your platform or to\nprovide updates to any existing documentation.\n\nThe first step is to configure PyQt5 by running the following command.\n\n\tpython configure.py\n\nThis assumes that the correct Python interpreter is on your path.  Something\nlike the following may be appropriate on Windows.\n\n\tc:\\python36\\python configure.py\n\nIf you have multiple versions of Python installed then make sure you use the\ninterpreter for which you wish to generate bindings for.\n\nThe configure.py script takes many options.
