If you would like a\nconvenient way of installing PredictMD and all of its Julia dependencies,\nsee [PredictMDFull](https://github.com/bcbi/PredictMDFull.jl).\n\n\n\n| Table of Contents |\n| ----------------- |\n| [Installation](#installation) |\n\n## Installation\n\nPredictMDExtra is registered in the Julia General registry. Therefore, to\ninstall PredictMDExtra, simply open Julia and run the following four lines:\n```julia\nimport Pkg\nPkg.activate(\"PredictMDEnvironment\"; shared = true)\nPkg.add(\"PredictMDExtra\")\nimport PredictMDExtra\n```\n\nThat being said, PredictMDExtra is not very useful by itself. Instead, I\nrecommend that you install PredictMDFull, which includes both PredictMD and\nPredictMDExtra.
