This is\nno longer an issue since at least Mar 15 2020. We therefore have switched\nto use the mpich and mpi4py on the default channel.\n\n\npkglist\n+++++++\n\nall packages must be listed in build-order in order to build them.\nThis is our poor man's version to resolve dependency. We loop\nover the packages to get around\n\nhttps://github.com/conda/conda-build/issues/2503\n\n\nrequirements.yaml\n+++++++++++++++++\n\nAll packages also must be listed in requirements.yaml; except those\nhard coded in platform directory. A python script, `extrude_recipes.py`\nwill find the latest version on pypi, generate a correctly versioned\nrecipe for the package in recipes directory.\n\n\nvariants/ directory\n+++++++++++++++++++\nWe use a travis-ci matrix to determine the version of Python for conda-build.\nThis helps us to shrink the time to build the packages to within the travis time-limit.\n\nOSX gfortran weirdness\n++++++++++++++++++++++\n\nWe sometimes need to add LDFLAGS to make the gfortran compiler on OSX happy.\n\nhttps://github.com/ContinuumIO/anaconda-issues/issues/739#issuecomment-238101203\n\nCurrrently this still applies to the cross-compilation toolchain. Hopefully this\nwill be fixed soon.\n\n\nnersc/ directory\n++++++++++++++++\n\ncontains scripts to setup the environment to work with python-mpi-bcast on NERSC\ncomputers. The environments can be rebuilt nightly with a cronjob.\n\nreally old GDB\n++++++++++++++\n\nOn a system with a really old gdb that cannot interpret the debugging info \ngenerated from newer GCC. add -gdrawf-2 to make sure the debugging info is old enough.\n","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fbccp%2Fconda-channel-bccp","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fbccp%2Fconda-channel-bccp","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fbccp%2Fconda-channel-bccp/lists"}
