This table, `dog`, has been normalized to 3NF.\nTwo new tables have been added, `breedLookup` and `colorLookup`.\nCreates a new table `dog_expanded` that joins\n`dog`, `breedLookup` and `colorLookup`. Added clustered indexes on\n`dog`.breedId and `dog`.colorId and a non-clustered index for\n`dog_expanded`.id. Turned `dog_expanded` into a view with an\nimplicit index on `dog_expanded`.id. Using a common table expression with\nRECURSIVE query and the aggregate COUNT, create a new view `breed_count`.\nCreate a new view `dog_final` based on `breed_count` adding concated color column. All output normally\nseen in a terminal will be in `groovy-srv/log` which will dump to the screen.
