For more information on mindboggle, check out the [mindboggle website](http://mindboggle.readthedocs.io/en/latest/#preprocessing)\n\n## Docker\n\nTo pull the docker image from Docker Hub, do\n\n```bash\ndocker pull bids/mindboggle\n```\n\nTo run the docker, do:\n\n```bash\ndocker run -ti \\\n    -v $PWD/ds114_test1:/home/jovyan/work/data \\\n    bids/mindboggle \\\n        /home/jovyan/work/data \\\n        /home/jovyan/work/data/derivatives/ participant\n```\n\nIts important to mount to a directory in `/home/jovyan/` because you are not root in this Docker image.\n\nTo use bash:\n\n```bash\n docker run -ti \\\n    -v /Users/keshavan/Downloads/mindboggle_input_example/bids:/home/jovyan/work/data \\\n    --entrypoint /bin/bash \\\n        bids/mindboggle\n```\n\nFor developers, you can make changes to the Dockerfile, and build the docker image, by running\n\n```bash\ndocker build -t bids/mindboggle .\n```\n\n## Acknowledgements\n\nWhen using this app, please cite:\n\n```\n101 labeled brain images and a consistent human cortical labeling protocol.\nArno Klein, Jason Tourville. 2012.
