While not certified to a standard, \nusers typically report accuracy within 1% of their revenue meters.\n\nWith over 1,000 units sold worldwide over the past year, \nit's now starting to get the attention of energy professionals.\n\nThe software project is not commercial, \nhowever it was necessary to establish a legal entity (IoTaWatt, Inc.) \nin order to manufacture, certify, and sell the hardware worldwide.  \nThere is an investment in that \ninfrastructure that needs to be recovered through sales.
