is an Open Source Python library for state of the art algorithms used in\nlifetime assessment of mechanical components subjected to fatigue.\n\n\n## Purpose of the project\n\nThis library was originally compiled at [Bosch\nResearch](https://www.bosch.com/research/) to collect algorithms needed by\ndifferent in house software projects, that deal with lifetime prediction and\nmaterial fatigue on a component level. In order to further extent and\nscrutinize it we decided to release it as Open Source.
