You can adjust the output\nbehavior using some flags such as:\n\n    * The ``--output-dir`` flag to set the output directory. If it does not\n      exist, it will be created for you.\n    * The ``--base-name`` flag to set the base name of the Circos plot\n      (the default is ``fsnviz``). Filename extensions are added accordingly.\n    * The ``--karyotype`` flag to set the Circos reference karyotype.\n      Currently only ``human.hg19`` and ``human.hg38`` are available.\n\nFor a complete list, check out the help via ``fsnviz --help``.\n\n\nCredits\n-------\n\n* Initial circos templates were based on the Circos templates of\n  `viewFusion \u003chttps://github.com/riverlee/viewFusion\u003e`_, written by Jiang Li.\n\n\nLicense\n-------\n\nFsnViz is BSD-licensed.
