I need a tool to keep my DNS servers list clean and fast.\nI didn't found anything to fit what I want at 100%, so I take dnsfaster and I change some things.\n\n\n### what dnsfaster does\n\nThis tool will test (many times) your DNS list again a test domain to validate responses.\nThis is useful if you want to keep your DNS list under an error rate or speed limit.\n\n\n### Install\n\nInstall is quick and clean\n```\ngo get github.com/bp0lr/dnsfaster\n```\n\n\n### examples\n```\ndnsfaster --domain example.com --in \"dnslist.txt\" --out \"resolvers.txt\" --tests 1000 --workers 50 --filter-time 400 --filter-errors 50 --filter-rate 90 --save-dns\n```\n\nthis will run dnsfaster again the dns servers in dnslist.txt, testing 1000 times on each server using 50 workers, and filter out the domains with response time average \u003e 400ms, errors \u003e 50 and sucess rate \u003c 90%.\nUse --save-dns if you want just the dns ip saved in the result file.\n\n\n### Why dnsfaster was not forked\n\nthe original author has moved out his repo to gitlab.\nYou can visit his version at\n```\nhttps://gitlab.com/jules.rigaudie/dnsfaster\n```\nthanks @jules.rigaudie for your work. :)\n","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fbp0lr%2Fdnsfaster","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fbp0lr%2Fdnsfaster","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fbp0lr%2Fdnsfaster/lists"}
