Clone this repository to your local machine using your preferred method.\n\n2. Download the required data from the figshare link provided above.\n\n3. Edit the following paths in the `master_startup.m` file:\n   - Base directory (`path.base`)\n   - Data directory (`path.data_save`)\n   - Source data directory (`path.mat_save')\n   - Directory for saving figures (`path.fig_save`)\n\n4. Run the `make_figures.m` script to generate the main figures.
