TraceOverlay\n\n`go get github.com/carbocation/traceoverlay`\n\n## Purpose\n\nTraceOverlay is a tool for labeling pixels within an image with semantically\nmeaningful labels (semantic segmentation). The tool was written to create\ntraining data for aortic segmentation in the following manuscript:\n\n\u003e Pirruccello, J.P., Chaffin, M.D., Chou, E.L. *et al*.
