Forked from [KISS]. All usage\ninformation can be obtained from the manual page. Refer to the [ChangeLog] to\nlearn what's new.\n\n\nDependencies\n------------\n\nTo build and use cpt, you need the following software:\n\n- rsync\n- curl\n- POSIX base utilities  [coreutils, busybox, sbase, etc.]\n- pax\n- Common compression utilities such as `gzip`, `bzip2`, `xz`, etc.\n\n\nIn order to build the documentation from source, you will need the following\nsoftware:\n\n- GNU Texinfo (for generating `.info` pages)\n- GNU Emacs   (for generating `.texi` and `.txt` pages)\n\nHowever, distributed tarballs come with info pages, and `.texi` and `.txt` files\nare committed directly into the repository, meaning that you don't need Texinfo\nif you are using a tarball, and you don't need Emacs as long as you don't edit\nthe documentation.\n\nYou can also completely disable the build/installation of the documentation by\neither passing `DOCS=no` to `make` or editing `config.mk` to disable it.\n\n\nInstallation\n------------\n\nIn order to install CPT, you can run the following:\n\n    ./configure\n    make\n    make install\n\n\nDocumentation\n-------------\n\nThe documentation for each tool along with some examples can be found on\nmanpages installed with the package manager. User manual of CPT can be found\n[online], or installed as both plain-text and as info pages.
