It contains many of the functions necessary to perform a standard\n[sales ratio study](https://www.iaao.org/wp-content/uploads/Standard_on_Ratio_Studies.pdf).\n\nFor assessors, we believe that this package will reduce the complexity of calculating\nratio statistics and detecting sales chasing. We also hope that reporters, taxpayers,\nand members of academia will find this package helpful in monitoring the performance\nof local assessors and conducting research.\n\nFor detailed documentation on included functions and data, [**visit the\nfull reference list**](https://ccao-data.github.io/assesspy/reference.html).\n\nFor examples of specific tasks you can complete with `assesspy`\nfunctions, see the [**vignettes page**](https://ccao-data.github.io/assesspy/vignettes.html).\n\n## Installation\n\nYou can install the released version of `assesspy` using pip.\n\n```python\npip install assesspy\n```\n\nOnce it's installed, you can use it just like any other package. Simply\ncall `import assesspy` at the beginning of your script.\n","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fccao-data%2Fassesspy","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fccao-data%2Fassesspy","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fccao-data%2Fassesspy/lists"}
