The specs were as follows: \n\n*   A random number of people will show up for the event on a given day\n\n*   The hall has a max capacity of **8000** seats in **500** rows. Each row has **16** seats and there are **250** rows on either side of the hall. The inner ends of the rows are filled first. At full capacity, stop admitting people into the hall\n\n*   Only a batch of 16 people can enter the hall at a time.
