I combine analytical skills, ability to work in team environments, and\nattention to details.\n\nI have delivered relevant projects to companies in diverse markets. In this study, a churn level prediction\n  process is carried out using machine learning. A dataset with over 7000 customers of a\n  telecom company is used. We will see how to deal with unbalanced databases in Machine Learning.\n\n- California housing prices - [code repo](https://github.com/chicolucio/california-housing)\n\n  \u003e *Abstract*: This project explores the use of machine learning to predict\n  housing prices in California based on demographic, geographic, and real\n  estate-related features. By combining regression models with geospatial\n  analysis, the goal is to generate accurate, interpretable, and actionable\n  predictions.
