This does that.\n\n## Browser tool\n\nCreate bookmarklets in your browser with a simple copy and paste.\n\n**https://chriszarate.github.io/bookmarkleter/**\n\n## NPM module\n\n```\nnpm install --save bookmarkleter\n```\n\n```js\nconst bookmarkleter = require( 'bookmarkleter' );\nconst bookmarklet = bookmarkleter( code, options );\n```\n\n## Options\n\nAll options are Boolean flags.\n\n  * `urlencode` (default `true`): URL-encode reserved characters: \\[space\\], %,\n    \", \u003c, \u003e, #, @, \u0026, ?\n\n  * `iife` (default `false`): Wrap in an [IIFE][iife] (anonymizing function) to\n    prevent exposing variables to the page on which the bookmarklet is running.\n\n  * `mangleVars` (default `false`): Mangle variable names and other tokens to\n    further reduce size.\n\n  * `transpile` (default `false`): Transpile for browsers using [Babel][babel].\n\n  * `jQuery` (default `false`): Make sure a modern version (\u003e= 1.7) of\n    [jQuery][jquery] is available for your code.\n\n### Deprecated options\n\n  * `minify`: Code is always minified (with comments removed) using\n    [babel-minify][babel-minify].
