libiconv,\nbut completely written in Common Lisp.\n\nIt strives to achieve decent performance.  To that effect, we use\nOpenMCL's approach of calculating the destination buffer size in\nadvance.  Most of the encoding/decoding algorithms have been adapted\nfrom OpenMCL's source.\n\nAnother important goal is reusability.
