shortcut key `Alt-Shift-A` or run from `Edit-\u003eAnnotate lineinfo` menu.\n\nDisassembly view popup menu\n* Right click inside a function, select annotate\n* Select a range of instructions, right click, select annotate\n\nFunctions view popup menu\n* Select one or more functions, right click, select annotate\n\nEach of the above actions has a corresponding `remove annotations` action.\n\nOn load, annotate_lineinfo attempts to locate the PDB in the following locations:\n* `_NT_SYMBOL_PATH` if set\n* IDA's default PDB download directory `%TEMP%\\ida`\n* MSDIA defaults - Path in debug directory of executable, same path as executable\n\nYou may specify the PDB path manually, or request another auto-locate attempt (e.g. after IDA downloads the PDB),\nfrom the `Edit-\u003eAnnotate lineinfo` menu.\n\n## Caveats\nOnly runs on Windows.
