All projects follow the\n[Code of Conduct](CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md).\n\n## Developers\n\nThere are two roles relevant to the Cloud Hypervisor projects:\n\n### Contributors\n\nAnyone that contributed to one of the Cloud Hypervisor projects within the\nlast 12 months is a *Contributor*. Any merged Pull Request is considered a valid\ncontribution.\n\nContributions are not limited to code alone. Documentation, tests, tools, project\nartifacts are all valuable ways to contribute to a Cloud Hypervisor project.\n\nProject contributions will be reviewed by the project maintainers and should\npass all applicable tests.\n\n### Maintainers\n\nEach project has one or more *Maintainers*. Project maintainers are first and\nforemost active *Contributors* to the project and are responsible for:\n\n* Setting technical directions for the project.\n* Facilitating, reviewing and merging contributions. They have write access to\n  the project repository.\n* Creating and assigning project issues.\n* Enforcing the [Code of Conduct](CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md)\n\nThe list of maintainers for a project is defined by the project\n`MAINTAINERS.md` file.\n\n### Becoming a project maintainer\n\nExisting maintainers may decide to elevate a *Contributor* to the *Maintainer*\nrole based on the contributor established trust and contributions relevance.\nThis decision process is not formally defined and is based on lazy consensus\nfrom the existing maintainers.\n\nAny contributor may request for becoming a project maintainer by opening an\nissue and assigning *all* current maintainers to it.\nMaintainers may also pro-actively promote contributors based on their\ncontributions and leadership track record.\n\n## Architecture Committee\n\nThe Architecture Committee is responsible for architectural decisions and\nmaking final decisions if Maintainers for a particular project disagree.\nIt is comprised of five members, who are elected by Contributors.\n\nThe current Architecture Committee members are:\n\n* Liu Jiang       ([@jiangliu](https://github.com/jiangliu))      Alibaba\n* Liu Wei         ([@liuw](https://github.com/liuw))          Microsoft\n* Michael Zhao    ([@michael2012z](https://github.com/michael2012z))  ARM\n* Robert Bradford ([@rbradford](https://github.com/rbradford))     Rivos\n* Samuel Ortiz    ([@sameo](https://github.com/sameo))         Rivos\n\n### Elections\n\nThe Cloud Hypervisor Architecture Committee elections take place yearly, in\nApril. Three seats are available for renewal at every election.\n\nAny Cloud Hypervisor Contributor can run for a seat and is eligible to vote.\nIn order to encourage diversity, no more than 2 of the 5 seats can be filled\nby any one organization.\n","funding_links":[],"categories":[],"sub_categories":[],"project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fcloud-hypervisor%2Fcommunity","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fcloud-hypervisor%2Fcommunity","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fcloud-hypervisor%2Fcommunity/lists"}
