grouped by certificate\n  - Domains are joined by `,`\n  - Groups are joined by `;`\n  - **Example:** `abc.co,www.abc.co;xyz.co,www.xyz.co`\n    - *Two certs: `abc.co` \u0026 `xyz.co`, both with
