We\nuse lerna to handle the installation and version management of\n`test-bench-utils` during development.\n\nBy default, when running `npm install` in the root of this repo,\n`lerna bootstrap` will also be executed. This will install dependencies within\neach of the specified package directories, as well as `npm link` shared\ndependencies.\n\nWhen bumping a package version, we will use `lerna publish \u003cpatch | minor | major\u003e` instead of\n`npm version` inside _test-bench-utils_.
