The CLI functions still work as before (see usage examples below), however if no CLI arguments are supplied, the GUI is launched.\n\n**Please note that the updated python3 code has not been tested with MRXS files**\n\nThis is a program to remove the slide label from whole-slide images in the\nfollowing formats:\n\n * Aperio SVS\n * Hamamatsu NDPI\n * 3DHISTECH MRXS\n\nSlide files are modified **in place**, making this program both fast and\npotentially destructive.  Do not run it on your only copy of a slide.\n\n[Download](https://github.com/cornish/anonymize-slide-python3-gui/releases)\n\nExamples\n--------\nLaunch the GUI (supply no arguments):\n\n    anonymize-slide-gui.py\n\nDelete the label from `slide.mrxs`:\n\n    anonymize-slide-gui.py slide.mrxs\n\nDelete the label from all NDPI files in the current directory:\n\n    anonymize-slide-gui.py *.ndpi\n\nRequirements\n------------\n\n * Python 3.0+\n\nDevelopment Roadmap\n-------------------\n\n1. Replace the simple messagebox-based GUI with a proper GUI \n2.
