The first initiates a withdrawal\n2. The second claims a withdrawal, if available\n\n### Governance\n\nGovernance has three actions available. All three are executed without delay:\n\n1. Burn all funds held by the contract\n2. Send x quantity of native funds held by the contract\n3.
