You will then be prompted a team name, and three driver names.\n\nThe next step is to raise your drivers stats (clicking \"Edit drivers\"\nby spending XP (experience points). The different stats are:\n\n* speed-straight: the speed of the driver in straight lines.\n\n* speed-soft: the speed of given driver in soft turns.\n\n* speed-hard: the speed of the driver in hard turns.\n\n* overtake: the capacity of the driver to overtake the previous one.\n\n* block: the capacity of the driver to block someone trying to\n  overtake her.\n\n* skill-qual: how a driver fares in qualifications.\n\n* skill-crash: the ability of a driver to avoid crashing.\n\nThen you just have to click the \"run\" button and watch how your\ndrivers behave.
